Customer complaint was that there was a leak and the unit was shaking too hard put unit on auto install mode cycle finished with the OT code everything checked out fine so no leaks ran a quick wash cycle still sell no leaks most likely there was debris in front of the gasket causing a leak I see watermarks right underneath the door also there is rust on the bottom left of the cover took pictures will send pictures to warranty to see if they approve the cover exchange and also the gasket needs to be replaced to order both parts and come back to install; ordrng 1 DC97-18096A (Front cover) and 1 Needtoseeifwarrantyapprovesfrontcover and 1 DC97-18094B (Door boot)

"Unit some times stays frozen when trying to operate and the. Doesnt do anything for up to two days, some times cutting power resets unit and dryer also doesnt work when washer is out, this is a European boat, called Miele and they say this unit isnt compatible with marine grade electrical system, unit is messing with board frequencies, customer wants to replace both dryer and washer board but this is no guarantee that it will solve issue.; ordrng 1 Frankie (Mdu Frankie)"
