This is my first time dealing with Ocean Appliance and what a great experience it was! Danny was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain the issue, he offered additional info about the problem I was having. He then identifies the root of another problem with an appliance I was having. It saved me so much money, as others were trying to make me pay for more issues that weren’t related. I feel I trust Ocean Appliance and will continue to use them fo all my future repairs.
