HOME LAUNDRY ELE GENERAL ELECTRIC GTW330ASK3WW "Unit not taking in cold water n hot water very Low pressure coming from washer. N unit also not filling up to the top she puts super level n twice that I ran it it started washing in different levels, pressure switch not activating and pressure switch is inter gated into main board, fabric softener is leaking right into unit when pouring fabric softener, cup is broken. FREEZER LIEBHERR CBS1660 "Units creating frost due to door staying open refrigerator is way to close to left side and handles protrude and doesnt let door fully close this is reason that the handle part broke off, defrosted part of ice in front, unit was still freezing properly and working but formed lots of frost in front due to doo not closing, repaired by moving unit closes to far right and putting something as a shim to keep unit from shifting to the left again. Part for handle cover needs to be replaced ; saved tckt"

DISHWASHER SMEG STU8249 "Took out unit to replace part, replaced tested and unit still has same error code checked wire for wire at harness to see if unit has bad harness but all wire tested good and are connected property, unit unrepairable customer is demanding replacement due to 5 visits and no resolved issue. They barely used unit and are not Florida residents n live in New Jersey n its very inconvenient for them to come n not have issue resolved. Called smeg n spoke to Shawn and documented, they will be in contact with customer about what is the next set, customer is extremely unsatisfied that unit has had issue from the beginning and no problem has been resolved"
