Unit so take it too long to pre heat to 500 is compliant checked unit and elements (broil and bake) are working but unit is taking a long time to heat up I ran unit and over 25 mins just to get to 500 reached temps at around 32mins called amen tech support and they say unit is working normal if customer wants unit to heat up faster pre heat with out the racks temp light turns off but customers probe says 480 never reaches 500 on his probe
