Found unit working fine cx said it started cooling again but it wasnt yesterday and frz thawing out saw nothing irregular in frz no back cover forzen but i did notice the Back cover of unit was completely covered by wall unit was pushed to far against the back wall i pulled unit out and gave unit some room told cx to give us a call if problem persists
