Checked and unit isnt smelling as bad anymore but Im afraid the smell has backed into system, instructed customer to use lemon or citrus fruit in pan of water to get the humidity of product to travel throughout system to push out oily smell, smell isnt as bad as before but smell still lingering. If citrus flush doesnt work then request to replaced cap and fan, fan circulates n ma have the smell baked into it. Customer will use and test and let us know if it worked"
