Lid lock is defective. Tested voltage going to lock no 120v. Critics failure mode and was not able to get into diagnostics. Need new board and lock. Charge realty group. For diagnosis had called and we will charge for both calls. 250 labor; ordrng 1 WH12X22744 (Pcb) and 1 WH44X10288 (Lid lock)
