"Unit is backing up into sink and doesnt drain n constantly running, Ran dishwasher looking for leaks no leaks saw sink backing up ran garbage disposal and cleared sink backing up, instructed customer that when he see this issue to turn on disposal for 10-20 seconds and the disposals door will open and not block drainage hole, ran test mode hood and ran full 34 min cycle and unit is working no issues, long drain error recorded in system from prior uses but had to do with garbage disposal having block hole so unit cannot drain fully causing drainage error code and unit continues to try to drain and doesnt stop"
