"Arrived and units freezer is off, complaint is that unit isnt holding temps, customers is not in the unit and no one is currently staying in unit to occupy refrigerator so compressor constantly runs causing long run time to over cool and freezing over fan motor and back wall of freezer. Called Liebherrs tech and we ran test and refrigerator and all test run good on both freezer and refrigerator. If not occupied need to turn off unit this is a adaptive refrigeration system."

Called samsung tech suppor and explained To them what was happening about the water pressure being so strong causing the dispenser to fill up very quickly and overflow into the unit lowered the water pressure and the lower unit working fine but now top washer is having the 14c error code samsung said that it seams to be an issue woth cx water pressure and we cannot help her there told cx and she said she will contact Samsung

Unit is having the same error code as before 8c1 but now will drain randomly and shut off looks like board is defective will reorder the board along with mems sensor and come back out to install; ordrng 1 Dc93-00278b (Mems sensor) and 1 Dc92-01998a (Main board)
