"issue is the unit is more noisy in operations and Ice melts faster Checked unit and ice is getting up to thermostat n shutting off unit until it melts a vast amount of ice to produce again, instructed customer to constantly go moving ice to be distributed evenly through out container to hold more cold and to produce more ice, unit needs to be cleaned and customer is reponsible for the cleaning the unit, I called ge to document the noise and they say it can be cause of unit needing to be cleaned but nose is normal operations because its the motor that constantly moves ice up to produce the ice nuggets"
