Call Samsung Tech support due to back cover is freezing up still even though we changed the whole defrost system heater and cover along with defrost sensor they told me we had to program the heater to run for longer so we did I programmed the refrigerator to have the element stay on for longer will also order the temperature sensor for the freezer and come back out to install; ordrng 1 Freezertempsensor
