Technician arrived within promptly the two-hour window he had indicated. He was dressed professionally, and was cordial and informative. He diagnose the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs quickly. After he was finished with the repairs he tested all repaired components and left the work area clean. I was very pleased with his performance and give him a 5 Star rating.
