Defrosted and replaced main board and Defrost ntc

"Unit making noise in video owner sent out and panel not chiming, checked and sound turned off at panel tinted back on unit is making sound selections, unit making noise in spin saw a box and washer supply hoses vibrating against unit. Tied them up and removed box leaning against machine, also if unit is over loaded it will vibrate violently. As long as we load unit to specs and dont lean anything up against unit is should work quietly, video was sent to owner, and he is aware of issues. Unit is working properly."

"Unit not draining water, checked and drain connections are good nothing clogged up in drain line, took out drain pump and unit has broken glass in unit, cleaned out and tested and unit is draining properly now, note dont know how long glass has been in unit because propeller is chipped a bit, if customer has issues with cleaning performance then drain pump should be replaced. As of now unit is draining and working properly."

"Unit not rinsing properly, rinse valve not fillet opening and drain sump needs to be cleaned out for best performance in washer. ; O-emld tckt"

Replaced with new unit installed tested unit is working.
