Danny, the technician, would call to confirm his arrival. But more importantly, he quickly & accurately diagnosed the problem & explained how he would fix it. Extremely attentive to my concerns.

He performed with accuracy and speed. I feel the charges were very expensive and Ocean Appliance should lower prices.
