Water valve main board and shocks have gone bad cx did not want to go thru with repair says she will buy a new unit if cx calls back labor $250

Found frz set at 4 and back of unit was covered in lint cleaned it out pinched line and unit does not have any leaks explained to cx that everything is checking out fine set temp in frz to -1 need to come back out with second man to help diagnose unit; ordrng 1 2ndmanknowledge

The board we ordered was not the part intended installed shocks and will return board aorder the correct board; ordrng 1 WH22X33178 (Main board)
