I believe the technician took the path of least resistance, did virtually nothing to fix the problem and told me to call if it happened again. It did. Within hours. And continued throughout the weekend. We have a high temperature alarm on our GE freezer. It’s not cooling. All the food is now bad. Adrian came on Friday, said it was in defrost mode but he reset it and it would be fine. Not.
