regarding the refrigerator I bought from Lowe's on April 10, 2023. I've noticed it operating at a warmer temperature than expected, with this issue validated using multiple thermometers and evident in premature spoilage of food items. Post the technician's visit from Ocean Appliances, the freezer started defrosting, further raising my concerns. The technician's dismissal of these issues, attributing them to faulty thermometers, was disappointing. Given my previous refrigerator's flawless 20-year service, this experience is disconcerting. I would appreciate your guidance on the next steps to resolve this situation.
