So, the two gentlemen (which they were) explained to me how the issue with my microwave was caused. I trashed the GE appliance in my last review. This was probably unfair as I was frustrated as it wasn't even a year old. It turns out it was improperly installed causing overheating...and a safety burn out. This made me feel better as all my appliances are G.E. both here and in NH., though the appliances in NH are a better quality.

Rip off! Don’t bother calling, paid for service call 115 upfront to come and tell me how to run my washing machine! Customer heed warning! Lied about cost of replacement part costs now stating they want more than my washer is worth! Stay away from this vendor!
