On time and very professional....completed repairs in a timely manner!!!

We told the appliance guy exactly what was needed for our washer to be fixed and asked for a quote over the phone to fix that particular problem. He outright refused and said he would have to come out and charge a fee. Unfortunately we agreed to have him come out only to tell us the exact problem we had already known and told him 45 minutes prior on the phone. He then proceeded to tell us it would be $500 to fix. We were forced to pay him $115 service fee for him looking at the machine for 30 seconds (we had already told him what was wrong). In all we feel this company scammed us. Poor practices! Shameful also many other companies quoted us a total of $250 to completely replace the problem.Not to mention that he had a attitude!

Theomar was promt and friendly. He informed me of what needed repair. He ordered the parts came back and fixed it. Company is flexible to my schedule.

Dan is awesome. He is probably one of the most knowledgeable repair people I have ever had at my home.
